In 2023, the “Kellogg’s Origins” programme in Spain’s Delta del Ebro region, started by our predecessor, Kellogg Company, celebrated 10 years of sustainable agriculture practices. An evaluation on the value of being sustainable showed that the plots participating in the programme increased their production by 17.8% compared to the region’s average, which resulted in an average economic benefit of 353 euros per cultivated hectare. Meanwhile, the use of innovative water management techniques has demonstrated greenhouse gas reductions of up to 45%.
